The benefits and key components
Optimal Responsiveness
Our telephone support relies on a distribution network in France to ensure rapid interventions, including the replacement of monitors and equipment.
Ongoing Expertise
Our teams receive regular training to maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
Service Quality
Each call is handled with precision to effectively meet patient needs and ensure the reliability of our solutions.
Physidia Technical Training: Approach and Objectives
Our technical training programs are designed to ensure a progressive mastery of the S³ monitor, combining corrective interventions and preventive maintenance.
- Curative interventions: Organized into progressive levels (0 to 3), they develop specific skills. Each level must be validated before progressing to the next, ensuring a consistent advancement of expertise.
- Preventive Maintenance: A more comprehensive approach, accessible after validation of levels 0 and 1 of corrective training. It includes, among other procedures, performing a dry dialysis run.
Depending on the needs, multiple levels can be covered in a single session. The modalities are defined on a case-by-case basis, based on educational objectives and participant expectations.
